Refund Policy for Pre-Loved Items

• If you wish to return an item for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

• We accept returns sent back to us within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is in the same condition as it was sold, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Please note:

• As these are pre-loved items, we encourage you to discuss item details with us before purchasing. Returns are only accepted if an item is verified as counterfeit by a certified professional. In such cases, return shipping will be covered by the seller. No returns are accepted for other reasons.

• For shipments to destinations outside Japan, any customs duties and related taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
